Oprah, Queen of America

Rarely do I read an entire article from head to toe, but this one tickled me so. It is no secret that I am not an Oprah minion. Oprah does not impress me. Being on the "other" side of Oprah doesn't seem to be the most popular place either. However, there I stand.

Apparently in this mini-series (?) Gayle and Oprah hit the road to discover America together.

The pair are seen pumping gas, something Oprah admits to not having done since 1983.

The article is written by this guy, Dave White, who wrote Exile in Guyville: How a Punk Rock Redneck Faggot Texan Moved to West Hollywood and Refused to Be Shiny and Happy. Whew. Say that without taking a breath somewhere around "Texan" why don'tcha?
