Water. Drink Up.

I notice that if I have a bottle of water next to me I drink more. I guess that extra energy exerted by walking into the kitchen, getting some water from the tap... it is all too much for me. I've been very bad at remembering to do this, darnit, and I used to be so very good.

If your urine is dark yellow and has a strong odor or if you go to the bathroom less than 4 times a day, you probably need to drink more fluids.

I can't tell you how many times it is late afternoon (especially if I've been busy) and I realize that I haven't gone to the bathroom since that morning. Bad, bad, bad!! Spanking bad. Water is good.

I've heard one should drink half their body weight in ounces. So... I should be drinking (ahem), oh, 120 pounds divided by 2... that is 60oz. Not bad. What? What, you think I'm shaving the pounds on my weight? Whatever.

OK. So I am.

But still.
