Friday Fiver | Main | Death of Bennifur January 22, 2004Southern Biscuits and GravyI tried this Southern Biscuits and Gravy recipe today for dinner. I tripled the biscuits (but only used 2 sticks of butter instead of THREE), and kept the gravy pretty much the same, except I used freaking Ranch mix instead of onion (with some dehydrated onion thrown in to simulate an onion dip). It was good, but I could not get over the fact that I had added so much butter to the biscuits.

Wow was that recipe off! 1/4 C of butter isn't 1 stick, but half a stick! :)
